Breton Sound Gathering LLC

Empire was engaged by Texas Petroleum Investment Company ("TPIC") to manage Breton Sound Gathering LLC ("BSG"). Empire provides all-inclusive management services to BSG. TPIC is the operator of the Breton Sound Pipeline.

BSG owns a twenty inch (20”) crude oil pipeline approximately 10.69 miles in length that originates at a subsea point in Breton Sound Block 2, located in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, and terminates at a subsea point in Main Pass Block 22, located in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.
