Empire Auger 12, LLC

Empire Auger 12, LLC acquired the Auger 12" Pipeline effective June 1, 2021. The Auger 12 Pipeline is a twelve (12) inch pipeline approximately 33.46 miles in length and includes a departing pig launcher and all associated piping, valves and equipment on the Garden Banks 128 Platform A (Enchilada Platform), and all piping and valves to a downstream subsea tie-in into the Eugene Island Pipeline System in Eugene Island Block 314.
