Empire Paloma LLC

Empire Paloma LLC is a stockholder in Paloma Pipe Line Company ("Paloma").

Paloma is a holding company that owns a membership interest in Ship Shoal Pipeline Company LLC (“Ship Shoal”) and Whitecap Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Whitecap”).

 

Ship Shoal owns two segments of pipelines. The first segment consists of two pipelines, with the first being a sixteen (16) inch “sweet” crude oil pipeline originating at a platform in Ship Shoal Block 28 and terminating at the Ship Shoal Station in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana; and the second being a twenty-two (22) inch “sour” crude oil pipeline originating at a platform in Ship Shoal Block 28 and terminating at the Ship Shoal Station. The second segment is a twenty (20) inch “sweet” crude oil pipeline originating at the Ship Shoal Station and terminating at the St. James Terminal in St. James Parish, Louisiana. Ship Shoal moves approximately 135,000 BOPD. Ship Shoal is operated by Shell Pipeline Company LP.
 

Whitecap owns a crude oil gathering system that consists of one platform and one pipeline. The pipeline is an eighteen (18) inch crude oil pipeline originating in Ship Shoal Block 208 and terminating at a Shell platform in Ship Shoal Block 28, which is approximately forty (40) miles long. The Whitecap throughput is delivered into Ship Shoal. Whitecap moves approximately 20,000 BOPD. Whitecap is operated by Chevron Pipe Line Company.
